Fax, Phone or Mail Your Order
Should you prefer not to order your mandala items online, you may make up your own order form and fax, phone, or mail it to Mandali Publishing. We'll figure out freight charges if you don't. Better yet, request our free catalog with its convenient order form. We accept Visa & MasterCard, checks or money orders in US dollars, as well as money wires through Western Union. There is no extra fee for credit card payments.

If any purchase does not meet your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a prompt and full refund within 30 days of your purchase (see Return Policy below).

Shipping Information
We process most orders within three business days and usually ship via USPS Priority Mail (US addresses) or Air Mail (international addresses).  Note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100 delivered to domestic addresses.  Shipping charges may vary depending on how you place your order.  If you order by phone, fax or mail we add the lowest possible shipping charges to your order and calculate these fees based on your subtotal as noted in our current paper catalog (min. charge: $8.00).  If you order online, we are able to establish freight charges by product weight which is often to your advantage (min. charge:  $6.95).  We gladly pass those savings on to you.

Out-of-Stock Items
We do our best to ensure product availability but occasionally stock runs out on popular items. You will be notified if a product you requested is back-ordered and given an approximate shipping date.

Return Policy
In line with our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy, we have a liberal return policy. If any purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return it for an exchange or a prompt and full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order invoice number, a copy of your invoice (if possible), and a brief explanation so we can correct the problem in the future.
